At the Stade de France, the Bataclan, in the cafes and restaurants of Paris... on Friday 13th November, terrorists killed and wounded many innocent people. And in doing so, they also aimed also to kill these places that we love, places which represent culture and a spirit of sharing.
We at WorldEventListings share the grief of the friends and families of the victims of the terrorist attacks of 13th November 2015. And we offer our unconditional support to all the cultural venues affected.
Our raison d'être has always been to share cultural information with as many people as possible. We will continue. We will win. Their failure is only a matter of time.

Description

The Lunaret Park consists of almost 200 acres of natural parkland, and as such is the largest green space in Montpellier. A favourite with Montpellier residents who come to stroll here at their leisure, the park has housed a zoo since 1964. The newest enclosures are home to Atlas lions, brown bears from Syria and white rhinos from South Africa.
There are many other species besides, including otters, cheetahs, panthers, mountain sheep, watussis and addax.
There are more 500 animals, with 82 species in this "zoo": it is more like a nature reserve than a zoo, with some of the biggest enclosures in Europe. It boasts one of the best lemur houses of any zoo, a greenhouse and two artificial lakes, where most of the birds live.
There are 11 km of tranquil paths and pine-forested natural areas.
Sitting high above Montpellier, the park offers a wonderful viewpoint over the town and the Languedoc region.
